New Spring class sessions start on April 7th, 2009!

Anyone can learn to belly dance or hula, no matter how young or how old, how big or how small, or level of physical fitness.  All it takes is the desire to learn something different, get some exercise, and have a lot of fun while doing it!  These dance forms often come with a healthy dose of female empowerment.  Dancing helps us to achieve confidence in our bodies as we challenge our minds.  And as we dance from the heart, we also nourish our souls.
